The Tropics
I came upon this archaic-looking door just outside the side gate of my building and knew, with its setting against this restored brick building, it would become a new favorite shooting backdrop. Don’t be surprised if it appears often in my posts. This look was inspired by what I find myself continuously reaching for in my closet: high-waisted shorts, a crop + ridic heels. This is my go-to formula—the uniform in which I am most comfortable. The palette and silhouette reads a tad tiki, a bit mid-century and a lot me.
